Betrayed by Human Hands
Backstabbed by my fellow man
Changing lives for the better
Even so, here is your termination letter.
Coming out to your aid
Pinning me behind a cyber blockade
Friending me because I seem like a good bloke
Turning on me when you can get applause for the joke.
Rejecting me for who I am
By refusing to take a stand
With me.

I stood with you when you needed me too
Now, I’m out in the cold, turning blue.
I gave my all, my heart, and my passion
You turned on me like it was going out of fashion
With flare, not even a stare, or word
You cut me off, a diseased limb,
With the swiftest of swords.
With lies to others
To me silence
Others of you, cold and callous words.
I admired you like a golden chalice
from someone’s final supper
Now I can’t bare to stand the image of your face
You have but become this disgrace
An outside latrine that has not been cleaned.
As many insects and creepy crawly things
Come about
There is the bee that stings
And there is you,
The worst that humanity brings.
